    We generally ship within 2 days. Exceptions may occur if we are away from the store but we will let you know if that is the case. Smaller pieces can ship USPS. Larger ones go Fedex or occasionally UPS. Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping rates are not available online for you. If you want a particular piece email us with an address and we will get back to you with a price for shipping. We hope to eventually not have to do this.

    We want you to love your purchase but we do understand that sometimes things just don't work out. We will accept a return if:

    ​

    You notify us with 3 days of receiving the work that you are returning it.

    You send it out within 2 weeks of date received.

    You insure the work at full value for shipping.

    ​

    Your are responsible for packing and the cost of shipping the returned item. Your refund will be send to you the same way you charged it. Shipping costs cannot be refunded, only the cost of the piece.

    Please understand that there are just the 2 of us working here. We have no employees. So each artwork is important to us.

    ​

    We do custom work if it fits into what we think we can reasonably make. Larger items require a 25% non refundable deposit.
